Use the spoolie end of the pencil to brush brow hairs upward and then define and fill the lower arch of the brow. Next, brush hairs downward and fill in the tail end of the brow. Blend as you go for a natural finish. Next, fill in the front of the brow using light pressure.
Use the tip of the pencil to apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas, working in the direction of hair growth. For maximum color payoff, warm the tip of the eyebrow pencil on the back of your hand before applying.

Use the side of the pencil to shade in the brows.
Select a shade that is closest to your natural brow hair color.
Sharpen pencil for precise application.
Use light pressure when applying for a natural look.
