Subscription Terms
ABH offers customers the option to sign up for a subscription to receive certain of our products on a recurring schedule to meet your routine makeup needs. For instance, you may have the option to purchase and receive shipments of a particular product based on your desired subscription interval (“Subscription Plan(s)”). Participation in our Subscription Plans is entirely voluntary, and you must affirmatively sign-up for a plan via our website at https://www.anastasiabeverlyhills.com. Our Terms & Conditions more broadly govern your use of all of our Services, including our subscription services, the terms of which are incorporated herein (collectively, the Subscription Terms and Terms & Conditions are the “Terms”).
BY PURCHASING OR USING ANY OF OUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1. Subscription Plan & Renewal
When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in the Subscription Plan, you will receive a notice that your subscription has been created and your first order will be processed. Your first order will be processed immediately, and your selected payment method will be charged at the time the order is placed. Your Subscription Plan will thereafter automatically create subsequent new orders of products included in your Subscription Plan according to your chosen delivery cadence. Our Subscription Plans automatically renew unless a subscription is canceled, and we will provide you notice of the auto-renewal at least 30 days in advance of the subscription renewal. We will also provide you another reminder 3 days before your upcoming order(s) are processed.
You hereby authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current price for the products in your Subscription Plans, plus applicable taxes and shipping costs. If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us with a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your Subscription Plan. You can edit your payment information anytime in your ABH Account settings.
2. Delivery Cadence
You may select your desired subscription delivery cadence at the time you enroll in our Subscription Plans. During the term of the subscription, you may change and modify your delivery cadence at any time by selecting “Edit Frequency” in your ABH Account settings. However, if you have an upcoming order set to ship according to the old delivery cadence, the revised delivery cadence will take effect the following order. If you wish to immediate change the delivery cadence for the upcoming order, you also need to select “Set Delivery Date” button to change your upcoming order delivery date.
3. Plans Billing. We may use a third-party payment processor to process your payment information, including your payment card data. Be aware that you may be subject to the third-party processor’s terms and your information may be subject to the third-party processor’s privacy practices. We may share your payment information with payment service providers to process payments; prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or other prohibited activities; facilitate dispute resolution such as chargebacks or refunds; and for other purposes associated with the acceptance of credit and debit cards. It is your responsibility to make sure your banking, credit card, debit card, and/or other payment information is up to date, complete and accurate at all times.
When you make a payment, you explicitly agree: (i) to pay the price listed for the specific products in your Subscription Plan, along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, shipping costs, credit card fees, bank fees, foreign transaction fees, foreign exchange fees, and currency fluctuations; and (ii) to abide by any relevant terms of service, privacy policies, or other legal agreements or restrictions (including additional age restrictions) imposed ABH’s third party payment processor in connection with your use of a given payment method. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, including processing fees. Check with your payment method service provider for details. ABH is not responsible for those fees.
4. Cancellation; Effect of Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription Plan at any time by logging into your ABH Account at our customer portal and click on the Manage Subscriptions option, or by contacting Customer Service team or email info@anastasiabeverlyhills.com. To cancel a subscription, you may log in and click “Manage Subscriptions,” select “Cancel” next to the subscription you wish to cancel.. Cancelled subscriptions may be re-activated at any time by selecting “Resume Subscription” in the inactive subscription section of the customer portal. 5. Refunds and Replacement

6. Changes to Subscription Terms
ABH may make changes to all or any part of these Subscription Terms from time to time, and at any time. Without limitation, these changes may include changes to the subscription services, the price at which the subscription services are offered, the renewal structure and term, and eligibility requirements.
We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of any such amendments by sending a message to the email address (or other contact information at our discretion) associated with your account, and as applicable, posting a notice and a new copy of the Subscription Terms on our website. You may refuse the amendment and cancel your Account without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us notice to that effect no later than thirty (30) days after you receive notice of the new terms. Unless you notify us within thirty (30) days from the time you receive notice of the amendment that you do not agree to the new terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Subscription Terms. If any change to these Subscription Terms is unacceptable to you, you may stop using our ABH subscription services and delete your Account at any time. You acknowledge and agree that if you use the ABH subscription services after the date on which the Subscription Terms have changed, ABH will treat your use as acceptance of the revised Subscription Terms.
