STEP 1: FILL Volumizing Tinted Brow Gel The process of creating lush feathered brows starts with Volumizing Tinted Brow Gel. This mousse-like gel goes on weightlessly as it coats each hair, yet remains buildable and blendable before setting. To add volume and color, use the gel brush’s long-bristle side. Start by applying at the highest point of the brow, then work towards the end. Apply the remaining product on the brush to the front of the brow, then blend throughout. For best results, let Volumizing Tinted Brow Gel dry for 20 seconds before blending or layering the product in step 2.
